Paul Baumbach, Democratic candidate for 23rd District State Representative, will join Congressman John Carney and other State and Federal officials and candidates at a BBQ and rally, Sunday October 14th at Handloff Park from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. The event will welcome volunteers back from another day of door-to-door visits with friends and neighbors in Newark. Baumbach for the 23rd campaign volunteers are all invited to attend. Handloff Park is located at 1000 Barksdale Road in Newark.
